This is a set consisting of an off-the-shoulder (back is not exposed) T-shirt and a brand new, never-worn three-tiered ruffle skirt. The skirt was only tried on and the owner never wore it outside because it didn't suit their taste... The skirt is from SHEIN, so the thread finishing may be imperfect from the start, but it can be easily fixed by trimming with scissors. Underpants are not included, so layering with leggings or other pants is possible.
