It has a denim pattern and can be used by both men and women! I have used a review book myself, and (this is my personal opinion!) - The fasteners getting in the way when the book is open was a minor annoyance. - I carried a lot of pens and sticky notes, so I didn't use the pockets and instead used a large pouch. - I didn't have any problems without fasteners. etc., I had some things that I found stressful. (This is my personal opinion!!) Therefore, I have deliberately not included pockets or fasteners. It's simply a cover and a handle. I would be happy if you would choose it as a companion for your national exam studies!!
