The Stars and Stripes are knitted into the chest, making it very cute! Perfect for upcoming Christmas parties, etc. :) The size is 140, but it has a slim design, so I think it can be worn from around size 130! There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is some signs of use, minor pilling, fuzz, and slight thread fraying. There may be other overlooked issues. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about even the slightest detail. There are folding wrinkles due to home storage.
