This is a rimless frame made by HOYA (pin-feel method). Unlike regular rimless frames, this uses HOYA's unique processing method, which involves drilling holes in the edge of the lens from the side and inserting metal fittings to secure it. This has the advantage of not having the metal fittings, bolts, and nuts getting in the way when wiping the lenses, allowing you to clean them thoroughly. Many people may be familiar with it, as the singer Judy Ongg was the image model. HOYA no longer manufactures frames. The frames in this pin-feel series are all that remain in stock, held by retail stores and repair/processing businesses nationwide, making them a very rare product. The lenses have a light pinkish-violet tint. You can use them as is by removing the "size label sticker" on the right lens.
