Used twice when my child went to a live concert. It seems something heavy was put in it, and the seam of the strap has come undone. Overall, it's clean, so I think it can be used normally if you sew it back together. Please understand that it will be shipped as is before purchasing! Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
