I found this while cleaning out my parents' house. It's a takotsubo (octopus pot), with a shape similar to earthenware, and I believe it's for use with Iidako (small octopus). I think it's a valuable item historically. Instant purchase is OK. Since it has been around for a certain number of years, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. I cannot provide compensation for damage during shipping. I am selling multiple octopus pots, so I will discount the shipping cost if you purchase them at the same time.
