This item was purchased for a storage room but has been kept in storage without being installed. There is some soiling from storage. Since I have a large quantity of glow starters, I will include them. One of the fluorescent tubes broke, as shown in the image. The included fluorescent tubes should light up, but this has not been confirmed. Please be aware of these points. Also, please handle any installation work at your own risk.
