It's hard to see in the photos, but there are many sequins on the tulle part, so they sparkle and reflect the light! The size is listed as 5-7R on the tag. The back has a zipper, as well as elastic and strings, so I think it can be adjusted to some extent. Used only for about 2 hours for a pre-wedding photoshoot.
