I bought this about three years ago at Mitsumine. The waist is elastic, so it's easy to wear. I think the color of the top part of the elastic has changed slightly. The change in color of the skirt appears to be due to sunlight, not fading. Please see the photos for the material. The length is 78 centimeters. Thank you.
