Downsizing my grandparents' belongings. There may be a smell of cigarette smoke and/or wood burning from a wood stove. There are no noticeable stains. I am a private seller, so there may be oversights. Also, I have a dog, so I will be careful, but there may be dog hair mixed in. Please consider this before purchasing.
