This is a new, unopened pressure cooker, the same model as the one I currently use. I bought it as a backup in case my current one stopped working because it's so easy to use, but mine still seems to have plenty of life left, so I'm putting this one up for sale. I use this pressure cooker to cook brown rice, and it comes out soft and delicious. Besides using it as a pressure cooker, I also use it to boil a lot of leafy green vegetables, and, although it's a bit heavy, I sometimes use it as a regular saucepan.
