The stitching is not just straight lines but has a dynamic feel. You can use it on either side depending on your mood, so it's a great value♪ The cotton is very soft on both sides and feels exceptionally good against the skin, making it suitable for use as a play mat in children's rooms. The prints are a traditional Indian craft applied by hand. It has an exquisite thickness for both hanging and laying, with a thin layer of cotton batting. It will feel slightly cushioned even when placed directly on a wooden floor, so it can be used as a rug, sofa cover, bed pad, multi-cover, or as a cover for a kotatsu (heated table) both underneath and on top. It will become even softer with use.
