I made an umpire cap with a short brim using horizontal slub denim from Okayama. The color is black, and the fabric weight is 12oz. The weft yarn is woven with a lot of slub yarn, creating a cool and textured fabric! Stencil on the left side. The size is approximately 61.5cm. I designed and made it with particular attention to the length and shape of the brim, as well as the fabric. I hope you will use it for a long time and enjoy the fading and aging of the denim. From the top to the bottom is just under 17cm, and the brim is just under 4cm. I've used a slightly stiff core for the brim. I hope you enjoy bending it to your liking. I make each one carefully, one by one. I pre-wash and shrink the fabric before cutting and sewing.
