This is a kiln visited by members of the Imperial family. It is a designated traditional craft by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. It is specified by the Ogasawara family. Each of these teacups of this size has a different appearance, and they were priced from 3,000 yen to 10,000 yen. I bought one for 7,000 yen, in honor of Lucky Seven Eleven. I think it's a piece that will develop a beautiful texture the more you use it, but I've been enjoying it as a display because I don't want to break it, so it's unused.
