Snaps make it easy to put on and take off. The fabric is also waterproof, which is a nice feature. There's a tag inside to write your name on. Brand new, unused, and unopened with tags. I haven't taken it out of the bag since I bought it. It's an unopened item. I will send the item directly in an envelope, so please be aware of this.
