This is a clamp-slim, thin monitor arm with minimal restrictions under the desk. I purchased it last fall, but I'm selling it because I changed the color of my desk. I had a 27-inch monitor on the upper arm for a few months. I attached another monitor to the lower arm once, but removed it the same day, so it's essentially only the upper arm that has been used. I checked the instruction manual, and it seems all the accessories are included. I didn't cause any scratches when I installed it, but since it's a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor scratches.
