This is a Kate Spade New York bag. It's a combination of genuine leather and cotton. The white parts of the fabric are off-white, not pure white. The genuine leather is vegetable-tanned, so there is some discoloration typical of this type of leather. See image 5. The fabric has slightly different colors on each side.
