This item was given to me by a friend. It was worn at kindergarten for crafts and calligraphy. It wasn't worn much before they moved. The elastic in the collar is stretched. There are multiple paint and ink stains. The size is not indicated, so I have measured it with a tape measure. Please check the images. The sewn-on name tag on the chest has been removed.
