These are Pokémon battle pencils from that time. It's a mystery why cellophane tape was applied to the Pokémon characters, perhaps to prevent scratches. There are signs of tape removal, some tape still attached, and sticky residue remaining. There are also minor scratches and peeling, so please examine the images before considering your bid.
