Thank you for viewing. This is a Yoshizane 8-sun Aided-Deba knife, top grade, from Kameido, Tokyo. I have a long relationship with Yoshizane, and I requested this as a custom order. It's not new, but it's in beautiful condition as I haven't had many chances to use it. Because it's a custom order, the maker's name is engraved on the knife (as shown by the red tape in the photo). The knife handle is an easy-to-grip hexagonal shape. The steel part of the knife is beautifully exposed, and it's a very sharp knife. This Aided-Deba knife is perfect for soft-fleshed fish like Spanish mackerel and bonito. I would like to sell it to someone who doesn't mind the engraved name.
