It's a lovely long skirt with a blue floral pattern. It's a free size with elastic in the back. Although it's free size, the elastic is a bit tight, so it might be better for someone with a slimmer build. I've only tried it on twice, once in the store and once at home. I didn't notice it in the store, but when I tried it on at home, the length felt too long for me, so I'm putting it up for sale.
