This is a cut-and-sew tight skirt from GU (ジーユー). The color is black, and the size is S. Measurements are approximate, taken flat: waist 28cm (stretches due to elastic), length 65cm. It has pockets on both sides and is highly stretchy, making it easy to move in. There's also a slit in the back, so I could ride a bicycle comfortably.
