A3! This is a 36-piece set of Sankaku Ikaruga merchandise. The can badge straps in the second photo were attached to a bag after being modified. Out of the 6, 2 are missing the straps. Also, as shown in the third photo, there are marks from where clips were attached to the back of the can badges.
