I believe I purchased this overseas. It's a cut-and-sew top with very cute fringe. Most cut-and-sew tops of this design are made of cotton, but this one is rayon, so the threads are finer than cotton and it has a slight sheen. I think that's what makes it stylish without being too casual. It would look great paired with denim or a long skirt. Also, rayon often can't be washed, but this one has a machine-washable mark.
