This is a Duffy candy tin that I bought at DisneySea about 10 years ago. It's empty. There are no noticeable scratches, but there is a slight scratch on the opening/closing part, as shown in photo 7. I didn't put anything in it, but a considerable amount of time has passed since I bought it. Also, there are small scratches, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. I have thoroughly wiped it with a disinfectant wipe and then wiped it dry with a tissue. No pets, no smokers. I am also selling many other Disney goods.
