It doesn't feel worn out at all, and the volume is almost the same as when it was new. I struggled a lot with breastfeeding with my first child, and I used about four nursing pillows this time, but this one was the best. The only downside is that it's a little heavy, and the fabric on the handle is slightly worn (see photo 4). Please be careful as your wrists may be weak after childbirth. A belt is also included, but I didn't think it was necessary.
