My child used this for tennis. Stored at home (cleaned at home). No tears or extreme stains. I think it's in good condition, but there are wrinkles and creases from use. Please check the photos and purchase only if you are satisfied. (No claims, no returns) I will fold it compactly for shipping. I will pack it as carefully as possible, but please understand that this is amateur packing.
