Jeuffroy clarinet by Leblanc, made in France. The barrel, upper joint, lower joint, and bell are engraved with "Jeuffroy." The mouthpiece has "SELMER MADE IN FRANCE" on it, though the letters are fading. It is made by Selmer. I couldn't photograph it well, so please confirm in person. There is no looseness when the parts are assembled. The item for sale shows signs of aging, but is relatively clean. I confirmed that sound can be produced with the included mouthpiece. As a beginner, I was able to play notes by pressing the lowest keys with my left and right pinky fingers. I also confirmed that the octave key raises the pitch when pressed without pressing any other keys with my right hand. Since I am not an advanced player, please consider that further adjustments and maintenance may be necessary for the octave key's higher registers. In my opinion, despite being an entry-level model for Leblanc, the Jeuffroy has a good, rounded tone. The reed has been thinned to make it easier to produce sound. The tip is untouched, and the reed has been thinned from about 1cm below the tip to the base. This makes the reed vibrate more easily. I will accept returns if you cannot produce sound with the included mouthpiece and reed on the keys I tested. I cannot accept returns if you use other mouthpieces or reeds, as I have not confirmed their functionality. An old case is included. It shows signs of aging. Please consider it for transportation and storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist or overly concerned about the appearance.
