This is a leopard print mini dress costume. It comes with a petticoat, making it very frilly. I've only worn it once and it's been stored away since. The shoulder straps have deteriorated over time, and upon checking them again, the vinyl part has come off and is unusable. (Please see photo 4) Thank you for looking.
