This is a set of rigs and sinkers that can be used for fishing for Japanese whiting (kiss) from boats or piers. I think it's worth about 5,000 yen, the price I paid for it at the store. Because of its short overall length, it's easy to handle from a boat, and also with a short rod from a pier. I had it in stock, but I didn't use it, so I'm selling it. No price reduction.
