This is a training device for practicing anchor placements. It consists of a sturdy 15mm plywood board with a PETZL steel anchor set in place. Practicing anchor placements is difficult without access to a facility, but this allows you to practice at home in conditions similar to the real thing. It's ideal for practicing creating anchor points, rappelling, and multi-pitch anchor construction. Practicing these fundamental techniques regularly will be very helpful at actual crags. The sturdy board and included 6mm power rope allow you to practice while hanging in a safe location. However, do not apply any impact.
