I don't know the official name, but these are women's winter shorts from mont-bell. They appear to be reversible shorts that mont-bell releases every year. I used to wear them with tights when running in the dead of winter. They are reversible, with a black quilted material with padding (like down) on one side, and a smooth, water-repellent navy material on the other. Both sides have pockets. I haven't worn them many times, but they have been stored at home, so please understand. The size is listed as S, but I think the fit is a bit large. (The person who wore them usually wears S-M)
