A skirt with a beautiful flare created by 20 panels. It has a sleek silhouette around the waist, and flares out from the hips, making the hem sway with every step. Worn only once. I bought it because I liked the design, but I'm selling it because the size didn't fit. Size: 38 Measurements (laid flat): Waist 71cm, Skirt Length 59cm Material: Outer: 100% Cotton, Lining: 100% Polyester It is not see-through. There is a slight weaving flaw in the fabric from when it was purchased, but I don't think it will be noticeable when worn.
