This is a Radial J48. I purchased this used. I used it for a while, but the LED stopped lighting up and there was no sound. Therefore, it is being sold as junk. It's a well-regarded DI, and the sound engineer I work with says, "This is the only one!" – it seems to have a high level of trust in terms of sound quality. The fact that I have fewer opportunities to perform is also one of the reasons for this listing. Repair is required, but I hope it will go to someone who can use it.
