This is a separate-type baby hakama (traditional Japanese attire) suitable for celebratory occasions such as the Hatsumiyamairi (first shrine visit), Okuizome (first meal ceremony), 100th-day celebration, half-birthday, Hatsu-zekku (first seasonal festival), birthdays, New Year's, Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival), and weddings. This is a one-of-a-kind item, and custom orders are not accepted. One size fits babies from 3 months to around 2 years old. For 3-month-olds, wear the pants high-waisted. As they grow, you can remove the elastic and wear them like half pants. You can make the garment last longer by removing the shoulder tucks. The seams are sewn with a loose stitch for easy unraveling. The jacket ties with four strings. The hakama pants have elastic in the waist and hem. The elastic can be replaced. The ribbon has a brooch pin on the back. It is removable and comes with a tassel. The hairband included as a bonus is made with a 40cm elastic.
