This is a pencil skirt from 22OCTOBRE Vingt-Deux Octobre. It has wide belt loops on both sides of the waist. It looks great with a scarf-like belt. It's designed to prevent the skirt from riding up in the wind (see the last photo). Please refer to the first and second photos for the color. Size is 38, which is a Japanese M size. Waist width is 35cm, length is 69cm. No stains or dirt. The condition is good as it has been worn only a few times.
