This is a tea scoop bag. The outer length of the bag is approximately 19.5cm, and the width is approximately 1.8cm. It can hold tea scoops up to 18.5cm long (see ⭐︎ below). Both the front and back fabrics are cotton. There are also longer tea scoop bags and Otsu bags for tea caddies made with the same fabric.
