This is a mod coat made of cotton poplin material. The condition is generally good, but there is some wear on the hardware at the bottom of the back (see image 5). However, this is unavoidable with wear, so I will not be lowering the price for this reason. Regarding the areas that appear to be stains (especially in image 5), this is likely due to shadows during the photography. The image of the back in image 2 is the correct representation. I have carefully checked, and there were no issues.
