This is a blouson with a removable liner. The third photo shows the liner. The material is 100% polyester and is fluffy. I bought it last year and wore it once on a trip. Perhaps because the liner is fluffy, there are a few pills. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The fourth photo shows the sleeves when the liner is attached (top) and when the liner is removed (bottom). The size is M, but it feels a bit small due to the thickness of the liner.
