This is a weight belt. For weights in diving, skin diving, etc.! There are a total of 4 pockets, 2 on each side, to hold the weights. It's made sturdy with zippers and Velcro. There is some fading in places, such as the pink areas in the second image, but there are no tears or fraying, and I think it's in relatively good condition. This is all based on my personal opinion, but I also think the buckle isn't stiff. I'm selling it because I haven't had the chance to go diving much in the last few years.
