How about a hair ornament to go with your kimono for graduation ceremonies, coming-of-age ceremonies, Hatsumode (New Year's shrine visit), Shichi-Go-San (a traditional rite of passage for children), and other special occasions? I used it only once for Hatsumode and have kept it stored in its case ever since. The case is damaged, so I will take the ornament out of the case, wrap it in bubble wrap, and ship it.
