This is a Lacoste three-quarter sleeve polo shirt. It's vintage, but hasn't been worn much, and there's no yellowing. There are some fold wrinkles. It's difficult to see in the first photo, but it's fitted at the waist (see photo 5). The size is probably around XS to S.
