【New, Unused】Aizu Lacquerware Bowl Set of 8, Shuho, Urushibo, Lacquerware, Boxed, Bowl, Boxed This is a set of 8 Aizu lacquerware bowls. They have never been used. How about them as a set of tea bowls, or for stock? Besides being used as New Year's "zoni" soup bowls or "suimono" soup bowls, they can also be used for dishes like chestnut rice or mixed rice. Lacquerware transmits heat less readily than ceramics, so you won't have the problem of it being too hot to hold. Some people even use lacquerware as rice bowls. Only one bowl was opened for this photoshoot. There is some damage to the box and the word "bowl" is written on it. Please see images 7 and 8. These items have been stored at home.
