This is an authentic product purchased at an electronics retailer. I've used it about 5 times. It comes with the instruction manual, cord, and the included gel (used about twice), so you can use it right away. (The outer box and receipt are not included.) There are no noticeable stains or scratches. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it in a regular box.
