Purchased a few years ago. Tried it on and it didn't suit me, so I put it away. Flat waist approximately 30.5cm, total length approximately 40cm. No stretch. It looks like a skirt, but it's actually pants, with a thin black inner lining (see photos 3 and 4). There are non-functional pockets on both sides, which are convenient for holding a phone, etc. There's a zipper in the back. Only the part circled has elastic, and that part stretches (see photo 6).
