I believe it's out of print and quite rare. The book has a slight warp, the cover has some creasing and scuffing, two spots on the cover where tape was applied (likely to conceal the previous owner's name; it was there when I bought it), the cover is fixed to the sleeves with clear tape, the edges of the pages are slightly soiled, and a few pages at the bottom of the text are creased.
