This is a vinyl bucket. ☺︎ There are three holes in the bottom. It's an accessory that came with a pool, and it's unused. It's not inflated in this state, so I think it will expand a little more. I will fold it up and ship it as is. The pool season is over, but it's a fun item for the bath! I would appreciate it if those who understand home storage would purchase it. #WaterPlayGoods #Bath
