This is an Ank Rouge tweed ribbon jumperskirt. The bottom is pants, so you can wear it without worry even if the length is short. It's cute when paired with the tops I'm selling separately. You can wear it in winter or spring, even with a knit top. I've worn it a few times and taken good care of it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are very sensitive to used items.
