Everything in the first photo is included. I received this from my grandfather, but I'm selling it because I have no use for it. Although it's hardly been used, there are some small scratches from being stored in the case. I believe it's made of expensive materials like amber, pearls, and shell, but since the box only says "amber," I'm selling it at a low price. Please understand this before purchasing.
