These are paper lanterns for Hina dolls. The size of the lanterns is approximately: Diameter: 16cm Height: 36cm Measurements are approximate. I think this is probably the largest type. They light up, but one of the bulbs is about to break (the base is loose), so it needs to be replaced. Please consider this before purchasing. These are used items. Thank you for your understanding.
